$200 fine for using ear pieces while riding a bike?!! - kap - 10-03-2012 It happened to an acquaintance in Sta Monica, CA. Someone else also got in trouble for talking on a cell while biking riding. Since bicycles must follow the same rules as automobiles, then they are subjected to the same penalties. Is it also true with motorcycles?
