That's not necessarily bad (it's a Leica lens), and arguably better for image quality, but less flexible for casual users. I assume the fixed lens is required by the large sensor in a small package. A stupid means of differentiating the phones. Why not just differentiate based upon a screen size? I don't think people who don't like the larger phablet-sized 6s+ will all of a sudden buy it just because of OIS.
