Yeah - I just caught this on the news. They said the last two years, not ten years as the supplied link says.
Apparently The Gov would not appoint JJJ's wife to the lottery because they would not pay to play.

Maybe Jackson had to become an informant, maybe they have something on him ...
Jackson threw himself under the bus, and had to know he would not likely become senator over it. I don't think he would have done that willingly.
The whole Chicago political mess is very fishy. I cannot believe that Obama got where he did, without being involved in it, more than he is letting on.
