We just closed our re-fi at 4.188 for 15 years. Had we been a couple of weeks earlier it would have been 3.88.
As we had already been prepaying $200 a month already, we accelerated our payoff by about 4 years. It was quite a headache though...even with good credit, employment and a 50%LTV.
