OS disks?

I routinely get DVDs from the library that look as if someone taped them to the bottom of their shoes and shuffled across concrete. I don't see how you can "accidentally" cause as much damage as I've seen on some.

Every once in a blue moon he'll throw something out there that doesn't conform to either of the conditions you state. Not often, but it happens.

They (the discs) can go bad all by them selves carefully archived and the box dusted and cleaned religiously.

If you want to build a shrine around 2 cents worth of plastic you are free to do so. Some people would rather polish their knob.

A textbook example of a really asinine response.
