I'm sure Steve has his reasons, but the most environmentally sound thing one can do is to not bulldoze an existing edifice; there's a lot of embodied energy in existing buildings.

I'm surprised Steve has not seen the error of his ways since being so close to death.
Why grasp even more physical objects?
