I've not heard of the guy, but it's a shame when somebody does so senselessly, be it from an accidental prescription foul up, or a recreational OD.

echoing above: prescription overdose or recreational OD is equally tragic, doesn't matter if you get it from the street or the pharmacy. I lost a relative recently to an OD and i was a bit pissed at her for causing such pain, but it was an accident.
