Green Day has been a little thin on the top 20 hits recently, maybe their accountant had to sell the G5.

OAK -> BUR on SWA is pretty darn convenient from the East Bay.

Seven day $hitters rule!

Baggy pants only need to be changed when they're "full".

Good for SW.
This is one of the most ridiculous fashion trends of recent times.

I'd have thrown him off my airplane just for being in Green Day.

My GF's oldest kid had on some really oversized jeans way down low, with half his crack hanging out. I told him those pants were not appropriate to wear. He argued that everyone was wearing them like that. I promptly pantsed him and asked if that was a potential risk in a high school hallway. He quickly went back downstairs, and came back up in proper sized pants, and a belt. You can't tell a kid, you have to show them. I have also threatened to video them at the dinner table if they didn't believe what I said I was observing.

Good for you. When my kids accuse me of not being like everyone else's parents, I agree with them. When they say "you're so mean", I say "and don't forget, I'm cruel and heartless too." The result is that I have (based on others' reports, not necessarily my own experience) some of the nicest kids around.

Kids need, and want, limits. I teaches them that someone cares, and that there are reasonable limits to behavior.

Good luck.

Banned in my house. My son may have tried it for a while at school. He began to lose interest when I pointed out to him that the saggy pants guys always walked ALONE. they didn't seem to have girlfriends. Must be because girls thought they looked pretty stupid.

:oldfogey: On the topic of low pants. Have you all seen how low girls and women wear their shorts and jeans? Not the back where the crack shows, but THE FRONT. How come no one complains about THIS style?! This is worse than boxers showing. The top of the girls jeans are waaay below the belly button. Like 3 inches from the crotch. :oldfogey:

What's the next topic crooked baseball caps? Spinner rims?
