Cool to the tenth.. my favorite as a kid. I never knew it was originally a primetime series and only lasted one season.

With all the money that is pissed away on dubious projects in Hollywood that guy and his team should get funding to re-do all the episodes of that series.

Safari can’t open the page “http://boingboing.net/2011/09/03/jonny-quest-opening-title-sequence-redone-as-stop-motion.html” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.

That was friggin' GREAT!!! (tu) I would soooo watch a live action movie of that show (as well as an animated version). They could get Conan to play the part of Dr. Quest. (
BTW, you can watch the original complete series on DVD. I shamelessly admit I own the set.

The music from that opening still gets my heart pumping. Some of the coolest theme music ever. Lalo Schiffren, I think. I remember the show from its primtime days. Great stuff.
