A agree with Black and Carnos. Plus, it was "doable." I think that's the key to the troops being sent to handle the Lord's Resistance Army - it's doable and it likely saves a lot of lives.

The U.S. and Europe are going to manifest it's destiny wherever it can. Just don't get mad when they're doing back to you. Like getting mad at China when they kick our butts at our own game.
