The IAEA made clear before the visit it wanted to focus on its growing concerns of possible military dimensions to Iran's nuclear program. Among others, its team included French nuclear weapons expert Jacques Baute, one diplomat said.
Olli Heinonen, Nackaerts' predecessor at the IAEA, said it would take time to resolve all outstanding issues but that coming weeks would show whether Iran was ready to take "pragmatic steps" to address international concerns.
"It is of great importance that the IAEA experts will have unfettered access to information, sites, equipment and people, who have been involved in the military-related activities," Heinonen, now at Harvard University, said.
We'll see whether Iran is ready to cooperate at this level. I'm putting my money on no.

So far Iran says yes, they will fully cooperate.

Smells like 2003. Please read this:
I appreciate the information in the link, and I think it is an excellent analysis of journalistic failure. However, I also think that Iran, seen through the lens of realism, must be interested in possessing nuclear armament. I think it would be in their foreign policy interest to do all they could to achieve that goal. I'm not an expert in their policy or armament, but I think they must be viewed with skepticism in their denials. If their nuclear capability/potential is to be understood, that perspective must be considered.

They've been threatening to attack a nuclear weapons armed state (Israel) for years. You don't bring a gun to a nuke fight. Persians are not, by and large, a militarily incompetent people. I just don't see your conclusions as anything other than wide-eyed naivete.

The US/EU/Israel wants Iran to completely end its nuclear program, including for energy purposes. The Iranians say they have every right to develop nuclear energy resources.
I can understand the Iranian point of view as described in this article, that the EU is waging "psychological warfare."
Can anyone give concrete reasons that Iran should not be allowed to develop a nuclear energy program?
What is the last country that Iran started a war with and when was that?

No, they have not. You are buying into AIPAC, neocon propaganda. Yes Iranian leaders are very distrustful of Israel (their former business ally and close partner) and they speak with hate, but that is not the same thing as threatening a military strike.
Israel has directly threatened strikes on Iran.
What would be the geopolitical benefit to Iran to attack Israel?

I require evidence, it shouldn't be about anyone's "belief." To date there is no good evidence. I'll wait for the inspector's report, since they just went there.
