Dang. Thats a pretty good one. And its the right size. I just need it to slip in unnoticed on my shelf. And I like the fact that it comes with XP. I DO have VPC, but its my number 2 install from my work software. Also, if it turns out to be crap. All I spent is $140.

be careful, the XP is likely compaq unit specific, so offing the license may not work... some of those XP revs are married to a certain series within the vendor's product line, and that seems to be the case at the lower end of the OEM spectrum. OTOH, if these are from a whole mess of former recycled corporate workstations that were upgraded to XP Pro you could be golden; suggest calling before ordering...

That's what I said the first time he brought this deal up. Still a good deal.

For a second computer like he needs, having this with either a KVM, or a cheap LCD actually sitting on top of it is a great idea. That is why i have hung onto my beige G3 DT for so long.
