But DOJ isn't fighting this because it hurts Democrats politically if minorities are disenfranchised, they're doing it because it violates basic civil rights. I think the red state thing is moot. Also, there are more than just presidential elections that matter. No states is 100% red (okay, maybe Oklahoma is). |
