Based on the NoVa and Va Beach precincts left, I do see Obama winning Va. Margin is just too small for Romney to make it up.

One network is already calling Kaine for senate. For the same reasons that I believe Obama will win Va.

10:35pm: 1/2 million votes still due in the north east counties. And they better swing O's way for him to take the state methinks.
