Try cashing them, just because "void after 90 days" is stamped on them does not mean they are no negotiable."

If the checks are drawn on a national bank that still exists (BoA, PNC, etc.), try depositing them. If its a state chartered or non-existent bank, call Apple.
You might find some info on this gov't. website.

I once deposited a tiny check refunding an overage on a seldom used credit card (something like $1.63). My bank, Chase, hit me with a $10 fee since the check was invalid. Can you say "livid"? I called an got the $10 wiped, but I don't think I got the $1.63ish sum.

The kicker? I really don't remember for sure, but I'm thinking the refund was from a Chase account.

you never got them Wink

call Apple and ask "where is my rebate? maybe it got lost in the mail. Can you please check address and send again?"

If you try to cash them and they bounce, you may get hit with some fees.

I discovered a bit too late that the Sprint rebate on the phone I was forced to get during Sandy expired in a mere 30 days.
