You should have had a commitment out of them 30 days in.
If you make it past that point, you're capable of dealing with the everyday stuff and they know it and they're exploiting your gullibility.
Tell 'em to hire you or fire you by the end of June, take your experience, put it on a resume and use the next 11 days to shop yourself around as an experienced tech.
