Great reviews on it. Do you keep it on 24/7? How long do the batteries last? I use it when I notice cat poop around. Then it's out 24/7 for about a month. I can usually remove it after that until I have to "re-train/scare" them again. The battery is a 9v alkaline and it lasts a decent period. Depends on how often it goes off. Just aim it low and don't set it too sensitive, otherwise wind/cars would set it off. It only spurts for a second or three but the noise and water is enough to keep them away. I saw it priced online for about $45 once. They are $80 at b/m stores. I'm at work during the day and asleep at night. I see the disgusting t urds on the weekends when I'm doing yard work. Cats go in and never come out. Re: Cat deterrent for grass lawn -- Tired of cat p00p - RAMd®d - 07-26-2013 Have a talk with your cat-owning neighbors? Yeah, right. Either a cat-owner keeps their cat indoors, or lets them out. And once their out, there's no control. |
