Seems you pay less and get less. You need a device with a Chrome browser or you can't do anything with it. With either the ATV or Roku, all you need is the remote. There are too many damn set-top boxes and none of them are ideal. Roku 3 comes the closest, in my opinion.
I'm not sure what it can or cannot do yet but what doesn't have a Chrome browser?
