well, that sucks. The way I heard it is that they had some boxes/envelopes right there, but to go back in line for a cheap item makes no sense unless it's a Leatherman or something else really expensive and you have time to spare (who does this days?)

I'm sure it's different in every airport, but in Sacramento - that was my only option.

In my case, I could leave line and find a way to mail it back.
Or toss in the rubbish bin they had there just for this very purpose.

the reviews are bad.....it may be $4 but if it is ****p.....you just paid good money for doodoo.......
