Hah! No tire changes for me. I know you were just kidding but I'll give you an update anyway. I'm able to walk freely around the house now, I've gone to the second stage in my outdoor walking program, and tomorrow I get my staples out! Hurray! Pain level is medium and I anticipate it will remain that way for quite awhile. Four more weeks until physical therapy.

Cbelt wins my gratitude. I ask a lot of questions here and I'm very grateful for the help I receive.

those little ones are also sometimes called peanut breakers. A GFCI in the garage is a good idea. Its a common plug-in location for an outside extension cord, where you might be using a shop vac or power washer in a damp environment. Or Holiday lights/decorations in the rain.

Those GFCIs are tricky - one GFCI outlet in the master bath controls all downstream bath outlets (3 bathrooms) in my place.

What were you doing in the garage? Trying to chane the tires?

POMTL!
