I'm on a 5s via T-Mo reseller Harbor Mobile. 2.5gb, unlimited TnT: $33 with tax/month. No contract. Best deal I've found for this kind of package. T-Mo is at times a little spotty at home (but usually not elsewhere except Omaha where apparently they have zero towers) but for the money, it works for me.
EDIT: Well, I should say that as of tonight, I may be looking at other providers as T-Mo's spotty coverage at my house is wearing thin on me -- and the people I talk to. I'd check your main areas of usage closely if you decide to go with them.

Check out Ting as well. Their minutes and data are metered in buckets so you only pay for what you use, any given month; it's a great concept. They ride on Sprint and also either T-Mo or ATT now I believe. PM me if you want a link that'll get you (and my dad) a discount.
