Panasonic can call it a connected camera, but it sure seems like a smartphone. I've seen WiFi equipped cameras with real OSes (Android and Tizen mostly), but anything that makes calls on a cellular network (not happens to be able to use FaceTime, Skype, Hangouts, etc), is a phone.
