Sounds tasty. I've been thinking about making some egg salad sandwiches for the last several weeks. Never got around to it.
With temps around here in the mid eighties, I may have to break down and make some.

Love them, though mine must be on fresh-baked sourdough toast and with Colman's mustard and paprika stirred into the egg salad. Yummm!!!!
