He's spending over $90 a month for cable. He's in the Ozarks and can't get much OTA.

perhaps it's antenna or height of antenna thing, though in the Ozarks, I tend to think he's stuck for OTA, as you say.

Yes. He can only get a PBS station that happens to have a tower in his town.
