Imagine if Mitt Romney had become president and we had to protect that cast of characters? (5 sons, 370 grandkids, 20 homes...)

I think if Trump were a competent president and his kids did anything other than line their own pockets, we probably wouldn't be as unhappy with these security costs. But as it stands I just feel used by these people.

I think Romney would have had the sense to limit his travels to maybe two homes. And his sons would probably curb their globe-trotting, if indeed they do that in the first place. This is something that can be handled by adults willing to think of someone besides themselves.
