You posted information that was easily proven false. At best it shows a lack of desire to do any checking of fact first on your part. This is not the first, or second time you have done this, and just shows willingness to only post that which fits into your own preconceptions. You basically "fall for anything". Continuing a lie is a form of lying, so it is easy to see why you get called that by many.
Then you go on to equate a tree down on your garage roof, but doesn't keep you from living in your house, with a situation where people have no power, fuel, communication and in many cases no place to live. Then you complain about carrying on an intelligent conversation? Have you noticed you aren't even getting support form people who have done so in the past?

Trump admin denied Puerto Rico request to let victims use food stamps for fast food
Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló says the federal government has denied the U.S. territory's request for its citizens to redeem food stamps for ready-to-eat hot meals, amid widespread food shortages and power outages in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
The nearly 1.3 million people on food stamps in Puerto Rico — almost 40 percent of its population— are unable to use the benefits of the federal program to buy fasts food or pre-prepared meals at supermarkets, according to The New York Times.
Food-stamp recipients are usually prohibited from buying hot foods and other items that can be eaten “in store” such as sandwiches, soup or pizza.
Puerto Rico requested the administration temporarily lift the restrictions on the program, formally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
So far, the administration has refused, even after granting similar waivers in Texas after Hurricane Harvey and in Florida after Hurricane Irma.
The SNAP waivers for Texas and Florida expired Sept. 30.

Major U.S. labor unions are organizing truck drivers to help with relief efforts in Puerto Rico as the island continues to grapple with the devastation wrought by Hurricane Maria last week.
The Teamsters union and the AFL-CIO, a federation of more than 50 unions, are working together to recruit truckers to travel to Puerto Rico and help distribute a stockpile of relief supplies
Thousands of shipping containers full of food, water, and medicines were sitting unused at Puerto Rico's Port of San Juan.
Relief workers haven't been able to distribute the goods, in part because only about 20% of Puerto Rico's truck drivers have reported back to work since Hurricane Maria swept through, according to a representative for Puerto Rican Gov. Ricardo Rosselló.
On top of that, Puerto Rico has a shortage of diesel fuel, which is needed to power the semi-trucks. Downed power lines and debris still litter roadways, blocking routes. Even contacting local drivers is an issue because cell service blackouts still cover the majority of the island.
Teamsters spokesman Galen Munro told CNN that the union hopes to get more drivers on the ground next week.
Munro said the union has heard from more than 100 truckers who have offered to help, and The Teamsters is working to vet those drivers and ensure they have the proper licenses and availability.

I can't seem to find the part of the article where it says Teamster organized drivers are refusing to drive. It seems to be about how Teamsters are trying to get qualified drivers to the port to drive some of the few trucks available.
