Re: Bootcamp or Parallels for business? - JoeM - 12-11-2006 ![]() Re: Bootcamp or Parallels for business? - will2000 - 12-11-2006 If only they had not chosen ACT! and if only Entourage was like Outlook. I could live with Crystal Reports through Remote Desktop Connection. If I give in, I could negotiate with them to give me the PBG4 I'm using now. First thing I would do: Delete VirtualPC. Re: Bootcamp or Parallels for business? - Paul F. - 12-11-2006 Never give up, Never surrender... Based on my whole 20 minutes of research, I'd choose Parallels over Bootcamp for this application. But I'd lend more weight to the opinions of those that have actually USED either one than I'd lend mine... if I were you. Re: Bootcamp or Parallels for business? - onthedownlow - 12-12-2006 I'd go with (and do) Parallels. With the new (beta) support of BootCamp Partitions, etc...and the eventual integration (oops, did I say that?) into OSX revisions...definitely more flexible. 'BootCamp' (whatever incarnation it is in a few months) will be included/free with Lepoard - for now, Parallels is not...so have them pony up for Parallels and get going already. ; ) You're going to be receiving BC, for free, anyways.
