The three arched things are decorative pieces of house. The round thing is probably a siren for an alarm. My SIL house has a light instead. The green cube thing is probably a vent. Looks similar to a dryer vent.

Green box could be an alarm system horn or could be some type of weather monitor. Not a vent with 3 small holes in a big box.
