From what I've been reading, NOLA ain't alone in that arena! Baltimore has more
feds digging thru city offices than the mob ever did. Former Police Chief just released from Federal Prison.
(Replaced by former NOLA Chief @ $275,000/yr + perks)
The PD is under a Federal Consent Decree due to corruption.
Former Mayor in Federal Prison, outgoing Comptroller under investigation, and they
caught her deputy shredding documents!
And, their School Board 'loses' millions every year without any explanation.

Gahhh... current forecast is for them to hit us both as Cat 1's, Marco on Monday and Laura on Wednesday... the flooding is likely to be the biggest problem.
