Re: A burning question - NewtonMP2100 - 02-02-2021 .....also the character 'smells'.........French.......if you know what I mean...... Re: A burning question - pdq - 02-02-2021 A secondary impetus to my wandering wondering today was a piece on the radio about a short Netflix documentary entitled "What Would Sophia Loren do?". Anyway, that got me to thinking about how the French have this reputation as red-hot lovers, but mostly only the men if so; most of the non-American movie "bombshells" during my my lifetime were Italian. Sophia Loren, Gina Lollobrigida, Elke Sommer - wait, she was German - did I say Sophia Loren? Well, anyway, it seemed to my forever-teenaged brain like the red-hot lovers on the silver screen of the foreign and female type were always Italian. Yes, there was Pepe, but maybe he was actually Basque or something. But French femme fatales? Not so much. Re: A burning question - mikebw - 02-02-2021 Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Re: A burning question - S. Pupp - 02-02-2021 I use Adaptec Toast 4.1.2 for all my burning needs. I think Roxio has bought the rights, and it may have a higher version number now. Re: A burning question - NewtonMP2100 - 02-02-2021 .....does it burn.....when you......p.......??? Re: A burning question - Blankity Blank - 02-03-2021 Pepe, undoubtably French, mais oui? The most common version of the joke I’ve seen: In Heaven the policemen are English, the cooks are French, the mechanics are German, the lovers are Italian and it's all organised by the Swiss. In Hell the policemen are German, the cooks are English, the mechanics are Italian, the lovers are Swiss and it's all organised by the French. Re: A burning question - mikebw - 02-03-2021 S.
