I need to put up those high up signs that say no trespassing and cameras in use. We had them all over, but they were low enough to be removed.

Cool anecdote to demonstrate such things can be very hard to stop:
My parents had a neighbor want to lease his farm land to a cell tower, and needed a zoning variance to do it. The residential community abutting it put up a stink, and was making some progress with the township board. So, the guy changed his project to put up a chicken coop. Unstoppable, because it's zoned agricultural. He got his variance for the cell tower.

Wow. Slimy if you ask me.
I talked with my lawyer for an hour or so.... the firm representing the project is very high end. He thinks the TCE may be a real problem for them, but we may not win if we fight it.

This can be a problem even in town on smaller properties. About 30 years ago a developer got permits to put in a condo development on a parcel behind the houses across the street from mine. In clearing the property they cut down trees that were on one of the abutters properties. The owner and his father had planted them decades before.
There were other problems with that developer, but that was the last time they violated property lines.

Yeah, better fence off those woods if you want to keep them rather than see them "accidentally" clear-cut.
