Simple. Cap the tax free maximum on Roth IRAs for an individual. $5 million sounds good. Make it $10 mill of you like if you're still concerned that Grandma might be eating dog food on $5 mill.

Man, if only I had a billion-dollar company exploding in popularity and about to pull in hundreds of million in new funding pre-IPO that I could get to illegally give me "founders" shares of stock that they fraudulently value for the IRS at $0.001/share instead of their actual value so that I could drop it in my Roth IRA and let it grow tax-free, I could be a billionaire, too!!
