I'll be interested to see if the FDA says it's OK to mix brands with the mRNA vaccines boosters. CDC has said it's OK.

If they do and this research holds up, I'd want to get a Moderna booster.

We've been doing it wrong.

They're coming up with new recommendations from the UK.

Apparently, the sweet-spot for maximizing your immune response to Pfizer's vaccine is about 6 weeks. Get the second shot before or after and you've missed the window for the strongest immune response.

I did get Moderna #2 six weeks after the first. Perhaps I made an inadvertent good decision…
