I sell brand new, factory sealed products, purchased from US-based authorized retailers. On eBay I never get returns. On Amazon I have about a 5% return rate (and I’ve been told that’s good). Of course the prices I can get on Amazon more than make up for it. Still sucks though.

how many of these returns are new (still factory sealed) that you can sell again and how many are open/used? Thanks

More than half are still unopened and sealed.
