We're no experts, but I personally think he could beat all of this on the face of it.
I think he goes down like Capone on taxes and mail fraud.

I hope so. I also hope he gets impeached again but this time gets convicted and also isn’t allowed to run for office again. That will happen right after the 2nd Amendment is repealed.

My impression is that it’s more about putting the screws to his enablers so they have a chance to prevent the next attempt. But I’m also good with seeing prosecutions.
