Pretty easy to see the data, where monthly illegal crossings were as low as 15,000 under Trump and have been well over 100,000 per month with Biden in office .

So I went looking.
This handy graph makes it look like Obama solved the border crisis. And there is very troubling uptick in 2019, when The Great Solver's policies should have been at their peak. What happened there?

Yes, that's why I don't read anything from a news source that has gone to court to protect their entertainer's right to lie outright to their audience and recently had to pay 3/4 of a billion to settle a lawsuit based on total lies and fabrications.
Oh, and before you go to your knee-jerk "black & white" response, I don't read/watch CNN either.

The drop in encounters between 2019 and 2020 is almost entirely due to the global pandemic... just as the drop from 2007-2010 is due to the economic disruption of the housing debt crisis.

Obama tried, he even built cages to hold kids separated from their parents. Obama had it under control, Trump worked to further secure our border, Biden opened the flood gates.

This country desperately needs fewer guns, and more workers willing to do the tough low-paying jobs. Right now, this role is often filled by employers under-the-table using “illegal” migrant workers. If we were to successfully eliminate all such workers, some of our industries would likely collapse (including agriculture, meatpacking, and construction).
Unfortunately, one party has thoroughly demonized immigration and opposes any legitimate (and desperately needed) reform. So the alternate, “illegal” method thrives.

So what happened to tRump? Why didn't his "further securing our border" at least maintain Obama's "control", if not increase it??
