The amount of alcohol used is usually so small it’s not a concern even for those who have reason to be concerned. Re: Is it true that alcohol burns off during cooking? - davester - 11-13-2023 It's pretty irrelevant unless you have some kind of religious objection to alcohol touching your lips since the amount that you use during cooking is usually minuscule even without considering the amount that evaporates. Nobody has ever gotten a buzz from any dish I have cooked that uses alcohol for flavoring. |
