I didn't care about that at all. Good for them. 7-Eleven = Slurpee. They said that there were some stores there that had them. But I never found them. You can't even use your 7-Eleven app there which means you can't use your reward points. Sacrilege.

IIRC, the last visit to a Circle K was late 1960's, possibly early/mid 1970; IOW, I vote w/ my patronage.... or lack thereof.

When I was a kid and a young man, they would never put Circle K's and 7-Elevens in my neighborhood. In the inner city. That was only in the suburbs. But now, they're squeezing them into every block. That's why I love seeing the Arco AM/PM signs to this day. It feels like the friendly station. A true Oasis for a native South L.A. boy. 7-Eleven had the Super Big Gulp and AM/PM had the 44oz Super Tanker. After 4 hours of pickup basketball, you were ready for that bad boy.
