Re: gut feeling - gabester - 11-03-2024 I have to answer "very close and contested" because I suspect the losers - Trumplicans all - will contest races up and down the ballot when the landslide pro-women pro-competence pro-reason anti-treason vote comes in. And unfortunately they have a lot of tools in place to flip the EC outcome in their favor regardless of the popular national and by-state outcomes... Women are pissed and it's palpable, for every dunderheaded bro who won't vote for a woman leader there are 4 women who will take up that slack. Between that and the 10 or so states with women's health care up for a vote, this election could shake the so called "Christian Right" to it's roots. Expecting them to accept a wake up call may be a bit much to hope for but blowing their roots out from under them may not be.
