Something seems familiar about this . . .something about major cities being destroyed when the frequency increases to constant . . . I would try to contact Jeff Goldbloom.

Well, if they vacuum late at night, it's probably to drown out the symphonic squeaking of hamster wheels Big Grin

We have a Corgie & a Sheltie. We're buried in hair if we don't vacuum every other day....

You "blog" about some of the most oddly mundane things.

And your first considerations of it "you're especially messy, or you have some sort of mental illness" says more about you than your neighbors.

And that suggests a number of things.

Why are you being so provocative? It was a legitimate (initial) question.

Folks like Rammy rarely self-disclose because of a deep-seated fear of being ridiculed and feeling vulnerable (probably due to childhood experiences we best not get into), so they get jealous when others are willing and able to do so.

If you're single and no one comes by that gives a %$#@ you can let the vacumning go until:
1.) you start ssneezing like crazy
2.) they're gonna deliver a new matress
3.) you've reached your personal threshold of denial

If you have kids and animals and a very critical MIL, several times a day if it suits you.
It may even be great exercise. (I'll never know)
