110/70 sitting, apparently lower when I lie down to give blood. "Are you a long distance runner" or "are you taking any drugs" (no, and no, by-the-by).
Unfortunately I can run it up to 140/80 pretty quick, and that's not the way I heard it should be.
A little less beef and more chicken and turkey.
