here is a screenshot from Vista. Also understand Vista takes some awesomely crappy screenshots and its a jpg. But you can see the distortion especially in the blue outlines...

as a comparison. here is the exact same webpage except running in IE6 on XP...
(it looks just that good in XP on IE7 as well)...

That is almost exactly what it looks like in IE 7 scaled at 95%.

yes. I think its a scaling issue. Not sure why it would be scaling though in Vista and not in any other browser. Or maybe its just on the bosses machine.

It has been years since I have played with website layout, are there any tags you can use to force graphics to show full size?
