I thought Ken Lay pardoned himself when he died.

As a result of his death, on October 17, 2006 the federal district court judge who presided over the case vacated Lay's conviction.

Maybe a posthumus pardon would be financially agreeable to his heirs?

And I thought Libby was pardoned before the ink on his conviction was dry?
