The timing of this is interesting, it's almost like the NYT is rolling out a list of names of soon to be granted political pardons. The President doesn't need recommendations he just has to read the ... oh! right, forgot about that.

Higher education and the New York Times are surely and truly measures of dangerous behavior. I never take seriously anything explained in more than two syllables.
