Agree w/ ka jot. I actually hadn't read the whole article through but now that I have I see some stuff at the end that may explain billb's reaction; I certainly wouldn't condone any prescription medication unless the cure was significantly better than the disease.
In some people's cases these meds can mean the difference between being able to make it through an 8 hour workday, and not. To them, it's clearly worth some unproven risk.
A-dog, I don't think I've ever seen a prescription insert that didn't list death as a possible side effect.
