billb was referring to some other "quite a bit" that *probably* doesn't add up to 64oz.
"Go" just before, don't drink anything until about half way through, and most people will be fine.
I watch King Kong (3hrs, 12m) and had one 12oz soda and never needed a break.
Most movies are only between one and a half and two hours and I'm usually not thirsty. Not a problem.
