Funny you mention it Fritz, I was thinking same thing. I have only 300 songs on my iPhone, but I like to listen my music on the drive home.

I swear shuffle has something for the Doors, it absolutely hates the Stones, disses Ozzy, and will not play Deep Purple. Also, it plays the same Led Zep songs over and over.

I love Zep, but how about actually playing something other than the same damned 20 songs.

I reinstalled Mood Agent, to mix it up a little. At least that way, I can skew the music to my mood.

Shuffle sucks, imho.

Apple actually made the random function less random i.e. it favours playing less played songs, to stop people whining about how the random wasn't random.

Apparently the iTunes random was very random and used a very sophisticated routine.
