Sorry, no cigar. The quote is directly from an Obama opponent posting on freerupublic.com reporting on the decision by the Virginia State Court denying an injunction on Nov. 3. I doubt he would make it up.
P.S. The Supreme Court was to meet today to consider whether to let the Berg case (and other appeals mostly not related) go forward. I have not heard of any report that they did so. Given the time frame involved, it would have been announced already or not later than Monday.

I like the part about how the original birth certificate in Hawaii's possession may, in fact, be Kenyan.
Can anyone verify whether a government record like this is transferred to a new country o' residence, along with the individual? That seems odd, to me.
