You can't hardly beat the price. My wife uses the Regular Paring (blade 3 1/4", overall 6 3/4" R101 the most, I think she has at least 2. Sometimes a knife that stays sharp for a long time is a disadvantage since it's far more difficult to sharpen due to it's hardness. I was actually referring to the cost difference between a stamped or a forged knife.
