Home Depot was kind enough to swap it out for me tonight and I now have a spanky new one. I'm still going to look for a better made model from someone other than Scott's as I'm sure this one won't perform much better. It's really too bad that with all this "green" and recycling talk we are an almost completely throw away society where quality is counted in weeks or months instead of years.
